Might as well make this public (for no reason) but as I told you privately, Jovocop is absolutely not staying, and moving as soon as I find a suitable replacement for him.

2015 is basically a 5yr (Detroit and I discussed this when we discussed the trade).- we reboot in 2020, going a full, clean 30 years from 1990 to 2020.

We will officially end at the end of the 2019-2020 season. A 2015 draft pick will technically be 5 years.

In real life, teams trade draft picks a couple years in advance because you can only scout people so young. Here, we have the benefit of scouting people 20 years before they come in, so we know 2015 is the McDavid draft etc, even though IRL he was not even born at this time, thus unscoutable.

It makes for strange, unrealistic trades, but in its spirit, its reasonably realistic, since acquiring picks is all about scout-able foresight
