Outside of Blades of Steel, this was my first "I am obsessed with this" hockey game in my life. Played it when I was 7. There was a glitch goal where you could skate right up the middle of the ice, and just as you hit the blue line, you alley-ooped the puck up and 9/10 it would land right behind the goaltenders head and score.

I loved this game and then NHL94 basically consumed my life haha but the graphics of this game are pretty insane if you consider it came out in 1993.

I used to really like Stanley Cup, but none of my hockey game playing friends wanted to ever play it because the camera and gameplay drove them nuts. I remember feeling like the graphics were amazing and wanting to watch games on it and stuff.

Loved every second of that. I miss the "hate" in the game.

I remember there was a period of like 5-6 years where there was a 3 way war that was absolutely bizarre between TOR/OTT/PHI.

Ottawa could never beat Toronto in the playoffs.
Toronto could never beat Philly.
Philly could never beat Ottawa.

Just a strange merry-go-round.
