Nolan and Niinimaa hate each other. Second fight in as many games. Shanahan emerged with a 4 point night, supported by Straka and Sydor’s 3 point outings. Goal scoring coming from 8 different players for the Panthers, despite being outshot 24-21 in the game by the Lightning. St. Louis squeezed a pair of goals through, but not much else was generated offensively by Tampa. The series is tied and we head back to Tampa for Game 5.

A 3 goal burst by the Ducks looked promising, until the Oilers came back with 4 straight, followed by 2 by Anaheim and 2 by Edmonton. Heading into the third, the Oilers were up 6-5 and looked confident. Then Glen Wesley was like, nah, fuck that, and assisted on 4 straight goals. Final shots were 31—31 dead even. Spezza potted a pair, and continues for his hopeful bid on Conn Smythe with the league leading 31st point of the playoffs. But the hero in this game was Scott Niedermayer’s insane 2G 4A 6PTS performance, followed by Wesley’s 4 apples and Yashin’s 4 point outing. The Ducks have the Oilers on the ropes.

It's not quite accurate but the Rays are averaging 14K a game this year is all
