So, this season we ended up going faster than normal, and every day there was some great activity, some passion in the chatbox for teams, lots of trades, etc. and it started to make me wonder if I've just been going too slow? I usually try and do about a month every 2-3 days, effectively running each season around 4-5 weeks in length.
Would you guys want me to amp that up to doing closer to a month per day? It would be like doing simming on your EA games where you do a one month block. Then we pause, get some trades done, and then back to the sim block again, then we slow down for the playoffs.
If we did this, it could lead to a few changes, and this is 100% up to you guys on what you like and could do without.
What Matters to You?
1. Do you need to see who scores in each game, or do you like just seeing the scores? I can do it where it would be each day's sims, but no box score (who scored, assists, penalties, etc.) 2. All player/goalie stats info, standings would be posted for each month. 3. How fast is too fast for you to still have optimal enjoyment?
Love to hear your thoughts!

I still like to see who scores for goals and assists, and im down for a month per day, I think that'd be awesome!

is there a way to streamline the offseason? I've been really enjoying the faster sims, but if it ends up being like 1 week of sims and 3 weeks of downtime is that worth it?
Plus if the offseason is more work than the season itself, you'd have to do that work more often

That is the bulk of the time consuming stuff, and I'll be streamlining the CHL drafts from now on as well.

I barely follow the scores these days tbh, but I still like the option too and know some love it.
I think what were doing now is working great!

I personally like having the player stats in the breakdowns - I like following who's breaking out. Otherwise I'm down for whatever works!
