The Jack Adams Award is awarded annually to the National Hockey League (NHL) coach "adjudged to have contributed the most to his team's success."

Not when you routinely win Ross, Hart, and Vezina awards, no. Like, look at your damned trophy case, fella! You could have no coach, and just having that calibre of roster would coast you into the finals.
