I'm not blaming anyone or picking on anything, but we're just trying to make sure we look at the trades critically especially for new teams. We don't have a lot of 90+ players in the league, and they should carry a significant demand, especially one that has 20 seasons left. Jets should have to add a bit to this one because once the draft opens this will be a slaughter.

Jets should have to add a bit to this one because once the draft opens this will be a slaughter. this is fair, I did try to warn him what the max overall is and he still wanted to deal but even if this is a way to select the guy he wants and the novelty of having the 1st overall pick shouldn't out way the fact that Thornton is much better. Do you think me adding the 19th overall pick helps this or should we be looking to revamp a little more? |
