This is now open again, but for now, all open teams (Canadiens and Flyers) are being run by me.

Anytime an offer is submitted, the focus is to keep in mind the direction and benefit of the open team, first and foremost.

If an open team receives an offer for a player rated 84 or higher, the team's trade block will be updated to allow the rest of the league an opportunity to offer on said player.
