Butt-hurt'ness aside (since I love Colorado) is anyone else incredibly annoyed that Vegas, an expansion team, is this good this early? AND exempt from the Kraken draft? Maybe I'm just an old school fellow who believes expansion teams should do some dues-paying, but Jesus Christ, teams have been building for years, start to get momentum, then lose players to Vegas (then lose to them in the playoffs) then watch ANOTHER player get lifted from their team to head over to Seattle, and Vegas goes (likely) to the Cup finals again. And keeps their roster in tact. I miss the days of expansion teams going 10–70–4 as they work on building properly. Stupid fucking Bettman and his stupid fucking plans to put teams in the middle of the stupid fucking desert.  |

I'm confused, if the Habs win it all, then you could say the Leafs lost to the same team everyone else did.

It's not just losing to the Stanley Cup champs and being like "ah, good, that is nice". It's losing to the fucking Habs. The second most hated team in Canada. It's like being a Yankees fan, losing to the Red Sox and then being happy the Red Sox won. no you are not.

I dislike all the remaining teams, but I would still rather Montreal win than any of the others. I do like what Hamilton said about losing to a team 18M over cap though. Stupid Tampa.
