In Game 2, the Blackhawks took it to the Blues quick and early. The feeling out period is certainly over, and both teams have shown they have the depth to compete line in and line out. Kevin Dineen seals it with the game winner, and Courtnall's late tally halted the Blues chance to comeback before it even began.
This is a game Mike Richter would like to have back. The Islanders held the Penguins to just 19 shots in the game, but that was enough to pound them into the pavement with a 6-1 victory. Marty Rucinsky's 2 goals and 3 point night led the charge, as the Penguins even the series at one apiece.
