But Quebec, for example, I want to do this early to get a feel for the fallout. Like, will we have people then wanting to move to Quebec? I would kinda like to do these things all at once, instead of deleting Quebec from our images and site, then making them again the following season.

That makes sense, this would be a massive undertaking.

I'm happy with anyone who wants to move their team, even if it looked like it was getting chaotic (like the Leafs wanting to move to become the Cleveland Barons or something).

You could put a little clause of once you move you cannot move again to really make sure they want to do it and it isn't a whim.
