For sure he doesn't. I was just posting that as a "generally speaking, these will be whats available around those picks" so its less of an obscure hypothetical and more of a realistic window of comparison type thing.

It should make the draft smoother and faster? Despite being clearly past the deadline and clearly not being processed in the middle of the playoffs.
