If this trade is pushed through then the whole integrity of this site is in the shitter. I don't care if it's Justin or some kid from timbucktwo making this deal, it'c garbage from all viewpoints and destroys any integrity this league has. This is coming from the guy who doesn't play his 90s to get a better pick? |

I can see why people dont want this to happen, but sometimes Quantity for Quality can get it done. That is a lot of quantity though.

I am also surprised that he holds that opinion since this is unfolding: To  TOR 1st (1st overall) forsberg 93 To  QUE 1st (2nd overall) dropped to third and took lindros 92 EDM 1st (20th overall) QUE 2nd (23rd overall) 22 Claude Lapointe 81 F 14 YR We get the player we want with the first and don't have to worry about Leafs drafting him. |

Lol that trade also ended up being crazy. For me this gets done if you take back some of the people Flyers is sending. Like the bottom four guys on that list. Keep them, then this seems good. Otherwise the price for high ovr players is going to be so high. Like this is just crazy to me. I get Messier is Messier but

What a fucking absolute shit show. One of the admins here needs to step up and be a leader either get some mods or set a precedent because no offense this downright embarrassing and you guys are losing control of the league with what everyone is whining about

You guys want a 30 year league and trades like this are only fun for a few people, but in the end they destroy the longevity of leagues and just set them up for REBOOTS and I think we would actually all rather get to 30years but this is just getting us closer to REBOOTS INSTEAD. Have fun everyone

We can't stop that. We know what we are doing with trades, but we cannot stop people from saying things in trades. That does not mean its a shitshow, it means everyone has a (loud) opinion, and they want to express it. Often, and loudly. Nothing is out of control. We were waiting for Philly to decide what he wanted to do. This whole thing would have been resolved instantly if Philly was around yesterday when this was posted. |
