You guys understand this is pretty much his team for Messier, right? Like, he is under-manned after this goes through. Not to mention, that's his core. That took his team to the conference finals, and are currently nominated for many awards?

It’s still Mark Messier. Just like how I offered the moon for Lemieux and it was rejected just cause of name value. Messier is one of the greatest of all time. If he’s moved for a bunch of middle guys then this league is going to the shit.
