What Needs to Be Done:
1. I need to create all of the Season 11 CHL Draft Prospects and assign them to their appropriate teams.
2. I need to make all the awards and polls for our Season 9 re-cap.
3. I need to set a Roster Limit for S11.
4. I need to create the pre-season and regular season schedules.
5. I need to post lines and get rosters processed for pre-season.
6. I need to post updated Free Agency list and open free agency.
7. Post and Process Retirements.
8. Finalize the Awards
9. Change team locations for S11 Teams
10. Set New Standings Structure for Alignment Changes
11. Process S10 Draft Players
