Quebec won a cup. Pens did not. 2. Quebec is 2nd in their division, Pens are 4th in their division. 3. Quebec is 2 points ahead in the standings. 4. In the Program: Bellows - 0.86 PTS/GM Courtnall - 0.80 PTS/GM wins the bid on Richer with the edge on the "better" player and being a weaker team performance in Standings.
