He drafted Jason Allison 6th overall in the Season 3 draft.

He traded Bill Ranford 88 G 7 YR to Toronto Maple Leafs for Mike Peca 84 F 17 YR

He traded Jason Allison 88 F 13 YR, Andrew Brunette 85 F 19 YR, and a 1994 2nd Round pick for Gary Roberts 90 F 16 YR

He then sent Brendan Shanahan 92 F 16 YR
, Jamie Langenbrunner 85 F 20 YR
, Kevin Hatcher 86 D 8 YR, and a 2nd 1996 for Sergei Gonchar 90 D 23 YR

Then he traded Roberts, Hamrlik, and Janne Niinimiaa 82 D 14 YR, for the first overall pick of the 1994 draft, where he drafted Daniel Alfredsson 91 F 21 YR, a 94 2nd round pick, and two bench players. 

Then traded Ron Francis 92 F 11 YR
, Tom Barrasso 88 G 10 YR, and the 33rd overall pick to Jets for the 3rd, 12th, and 17th overall picks and a bench player.

He then sent Alfredsson to Vancouver for the 4th overall pick

Many of the things he traded to get, he ended up trading what he got for other things. And the cycle ends with him getting Jason Allison back.

I am almost at what I want for this year and I will try and keep the trading to a low for a change. I know that will be almost impossible for me to do lol. But I love the majority of the players I have right now. I hate that I traded Francis though
